Woohoo!!
Today, my mom finished up the last round of her radiation and at the end of the appointment they removed the balloon from her chest and stitched up the area where the balloon and channels came out of!!
It is all done!
Monday, she has an appointment with the surgeon to check the incisions and also to get her an appointment with an oncologist who will tell her how often to come in for check-ups, etc...but she is DONE!!
WOOHOO!
And now...I NEVER, EVER want to hear or experience the word cancer again!
