Grand Canyon Maverick Helicopter Tour

Aaron and I have been planning on doing an Helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon since we started planning this trip and we couldn't wait to do it!! It was my very first helicopter ride!

Now...I don't get motion sickness, or air sickness, but on this flight, I felt a little funny...you know how when your mouth waters before you get sick...my mouth was doing that nearly the whole time...it was really weird....But at least I didn't have to use the air sick bag!

The Maverick Helicopter tour was AWESOME! We flew and covered 90 miles of the grand canyon and the pilot was able to tell us all kinds of fun facts about the Canyon...like it is 18 miles wide!....Oh and the little Colorado river is a pretty aqua blue color because of the mineral deposits and limestone.
