This is the current color of our townhomes....Blech...I HATE the red door!BELOW ARE THE NEW CHOICES:
OPTION 1: So far this one isn't liked by many owners, mostly because it is almost like the paint color we already have.
OPTION 2: This is a brownish color with a dark brown trim....the concerns some owners have with this one, is when you stand close it is a beautiful rich brown, but when you are far away it has a dark olive tone which many don't like. (the second picture is from farther away so you can decide what you think).
OPTION 3: This is kind of like a burnt orange color....so far this is the one in the lead with the owners.
So which option do you like best? 1? 2? or 3?

sadly, I don't like any of them enough to vote for one! I like the red door! I don't think the orangey color is very marketable...
Blech...the red door is hideous! I wish they would change that!

Eh...I don't think I would like the burnt orange with the red door. I vote #2.

I should have mentioned...the red door will stay...BUT the shade of red changes based upon the exterior color chosen....this way it will coordinate.
I like the Orange...sweet!!! Orange Houses. Too bad about the lame RED door.

I like number 3 the best, but I don't love it.
I'm not really in love with any of them, sorry! I guess I'd pick #1. Are those the exact wall/door paint color combos?

All the paint color combos are different...the first one is a creamish color, the second is a brownish color and the third is a burnt orange color.
I am feeling a little sad though..it seems these colors aren't liked much by potential buyers...I am going to blame it on the pictures....because these are the EXACT same color combination's they use on the new townhome, condo and apartment complexes...the really big, expensive ones filled with palm trees...and those are gorgeous!
I like # 1 or 2 the best, but not the red door.
I like #3 the best, but really, they all look kind of outdated. Hopefully it will all work in the end.
Well now I feel bad about my comment. I think I'd need to see the whole complex, like from the outside, to get a better perspective.
Don't feel bad ~m~....I think it is just really hard to tell from the photos...the paint colors are very modern BUT the building is 30 years old...so they won't look the same as the new buildings...but they are just trying to improve it the best they can.

I kinda like the red door. But, I could be envious since my door is plain old white.
okay, I just looked and my door is brown. The inside is white. I am a dork.
Honestly, I'm not liking any of them. I like #1 house color but don't like the door color. I like the door color on #3 but not the house color. I'm no help, am I? :)
