23 months on the 23rd

Aaron is so cute....

Today was our 23 month wedding anniversary (on the 23rd) and he wanted to do something special because we will only have a 23 month and 23 year anniversary....what is with the 23 you say? We both were number 23 in softball/baseball and me in basketball...we started dating on December 23rd, got engaged on December 23rd and were married on September 23rd...so yes, we basically have a lot of memories and love around the number 23.

Anyhow....so he made reservations at my very favorite restaurant....The Melting Pot! I was so stoked....I love that place! Anyhow, we get there and they take us to our private table and on the table there were rose petals and balloons! The "weight" holding down the balloons were pieces of chocolate so that we could make our own fondue at home! It was awesome and as always YUMMY!

It was a great way to celebrate our 23 month anniversary as silly as it sounds!! And next month is our 2 year anniversary!! I can't even believe it!
