Wall Letters

I have been playing around with the thought of selling some of my artwork/crafty things on this site called etsy...I already know I can do the hand painted wall murals...only problem is, many of the things I like to paint (Disney) are copyrighted images...and I don't have any other ideas of what I could paint that people would want to buy...and where to find examples of these non-copyrighted images. Here are a couple of examples of my wall murals...
So I started thinking of other things I can make...and I know that I could make hand painted wall letters...a lot of people use them in nurseries to spell out their child's name...I had never done it before, but it went to Michaels and bought some supplies to see if I could do a good enough job...a job that is cool enough that people would want to buy them...so I did a simple trial run...I definitely learned while doing this project...learned some things I wouldn't do again, and things I would...anyhow..here is the finished project...
So there it is....I am mostly disappointed in the E...that is where I learned what to do and not to do next time....but...I still think my murals are way more cooler...I just am not convinced that people would buy the wall letters...

Totally cute, but there's a lot of competition...

I'd be happy to add your etsy site to the Nor Cal directory (if you decide to go that direction). Hmm, maybe we could find a way to add your murals to the directory.

Totally get the competition...and really I am just not that excited about my trial run...

and really what I really like to do and want to do is the murals!! I just can't think of a way to sell them since I generally do Disney characters...I can't think of other non-copyrighted images...and I don't know if non-copyrighted images will be as hot of an item.
